This is the second time I have used this firm over the last 2/3 years and I have found them to be excellent on both occassions. They are professional,and good value. they arrived when stated, wore over- slippers to avoid bringing in dirt on their shoes,asked whenever they needed to go upstairs. They found cost effective solutions to the problem. I would definately use them again.

I have lived with regional television news and current affairs from the Belmont transmitter far too long. It was irrelevant, dull and boring in the area where I live, and so when pieces started to fall off my existing aerial I decided to do something about it. I could see that some people nearby had TV aerials pointing toward the Emley Moor transmitter so that was my aim. trader was my nearest Which-local recommended installer and he successfully realigned new aerials for TV and DAB radio on a new mast but on the original wall mounted bracket. He was courteous and respectful of my needs and carried out the work in a clean and efficient manner. When entering the house he slipped on plastic shoe covers to protect the carpet and he had to work in my loft space which he did taking the necessary health and safety precautions. After completing the job outside he retuned all my televisions to the Leeds based region and was careful to explain the retuning method he used on each television. He removed the old bits of metal from site and he guaranteed his workmanship and parts for three years. I now watch regional news with more interest and it is so refreshing to hear about things that are happening in the area that I am most familiar.

We had been experiencing some problems with our television reception and we also needed our aerial re-siting. As we had been unimpressed with the person who had originally installed the aerial we decided to check the recommendations on the Which local site. As a result we decided to use trader - Bob Pape. Everything in the recommendations are correct - He was punctual, introduced himself, did a thorough survey, explained everything in terms which we could understand and told us the cost. We were very impressed with Bob and the TV reception is now excellent. We highly recommend Bob.

trader removed and reinstalled our sky dish. Promptly came to the house, quickly reinstalled the dish, and even found time for another quick job I noticed whilst he was here (pinning down the terrestrial aerial cable). Friendly, reliable and good value for money - what you want from a local workman.

I rang BLTV areials to discuss Freeview. He spent 15 minutes on the phone discussing options before recommeding that the best option for us was an option that would mean no business for him. Top marks for honesty.

Shaun installed our current aerial and has been back again recently to adjust the signal. Always arrives within the timeframe promised, tackles whatever the problem efficiently and courteously. We feel the price is fair for the work involved. He is recommended by Peter Rhodes our local TV retailer.

I contacted Dean to sort out one or two problems we had with our aerial as it had blown down in the recent storms. He came promptly, repaired the aerial very effectively and efficiently, and he also retuned all the TV's in the house so that reception is now perfect in all rooms. He even repaired the faulty aerial point in the living room that hadn't been right for years. A true gentleman, he was very clean & tidy and did a great job for an even better price. Decided to use this firm after reading the reviews posted here. I only required a small job doing but Chris & his Nephew carried out a very professional job. Chris clearly explained the options available and how the job would be done together with the price. They carried the work out to a very professional standard which involved cleaning up after themselves. Once the job was completed, Chris then made sure i was happy with the work they had done. Overall, extremely happy with their work which was done at a very reasonable rate and would definately recomend and use them again - service and value for money top notch !

Very clear and helpful advice from Duncan over the phone to help me come to my decision on weighing up advantages and disadvantages of upgrading my system. Andy carried out the work unobtrusively and very efficiently while at the same time letting me know what he was doing and what stage he was at. I thought the cost of the work was very reasonable indeed and it was exactly what Duncan had quoted. Duncan had said that my motorised dish could cause problems and I was unsure of how much cable was necessary from one corner of the house to another but on seeing the system Andy said he could see no particular problems. To find such a genuine and trustworthy company is very reassuring. At least one of my daughters may need aerial work at some point and I will have no hesitation in calling Wright Digital. Very highly recommended indeed.
