Teresa Fritz, Head of the Which? Money Helpline says: "There's nowhere really that you can phone for just a general chat to go through your day to day personal finance needs. We have the experts in house. We have a lot of information. We do a lot of research and we have a lot of knowledge in personal finance. That's why we thought we should do this helpline."

Get friendly, expert advice without leaving home.
When can I call?
The helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Just call 01... and leave a message with a customer service operator. A money expert from Which? HQ will keep calling you back until they reach you -there's no need to wait by your phone.
Some people call regularly. There is no limit on the length or number of calls you make.
Is there anything the helpline can't do?
Which? Helpline advisers are not authorised to give financial advice, which means they can't tell you which regulated products you should buy or invest into.
However, they can give you their unbiased opinions, talk you through all your options and point you to financial Which? Best Buys. If they think you need to speak to an authorised financial adviser they can help you find one and tell you what questions to ask.
